First of all, sweet Benjamin is home from the hospital. We are so thankful that he only had to stay one night before being released. Benjamin Hospital Update
Our little bear has improved significantly since this morning! His oxygen levels started to go up and they didn't end up having to give him any extra oxygen. He got breathing treatments throughout the day as well as an IV of steroids. After assessing him this evening, the Dr. thought there was a good chance that he WILL get to go home tomorrow instead of in 2 or 3 days as they previously thought. … [Read more...]

Update: Pneumonia :(
As the day wore on I felt crummier and crummier even after 2 steam baths, hot hot tea all day, and several cloves of raw garlic. Enjoying a break for a cup of Earl Grey during a busy day of digging in the dirt with Benjamin, glueing beans onto paper and calling it art, and making stegosaurus candy with the dinosaur chocolate molds I used for the decor on Little Bear's birthday cake yesterday.
