Hi Haley! Love your blog–you are definitely inspiring me to investigate urban gardening! Quick question: do you have any book recommendations for raised bed gardening geared towards a complete beginner? The amount of resources available are pretty overwhelming so I would love to start with a suggested title! Thanks!!
Haley says
Aw, thanks, Megan! I’ll ask Daniel (my husband is the real gardener around these parts) which book he recommends. I think we have the title that Molly suggested below so I’ll ask his thoughts on it 🙂

Ohh Haley sounds like you need to add canning to your repetoire soon! It might not be fresh whole tomatoes, but you could can a couple quarts of stewed tomatoes or tomato sauce in season!
p.s. Megan – What about Mel Barthlolomew’s “Square Foot Gardening” Books?
